i had some down time (meaning there was a mountain of folding to be done, piles of dirty dishes that were starting to talk and grumbling tummies that were dying to be fed), yaya was sleeping and so gabri and i decided to make "tooties". what is a tootie, you ask? duh-a tootie is a hair-tie, rubberband, hairband (no, not poison, the other type of hairband), barrette, whatever...our family calls them tooties. after making a gazillion of these (one of which she MAY wear), gabri decided she wants to be a tootie maker when she grows up. that's of course if the whole mermaid occupation, chocolate taster, ballerina, or princess thing doesn't work out. according to her, it takes a lot of work and a lot of things to be a princess...don't i know that!

I think she would make a TERRIFIC Tootie Maker when she grows up. But maybe do it on the side, and be a Chocolate Taster for the main occupation!
